Kickin' Egg Salad

Yield: about 4 cups



In a medium bowl, stir together the eggs, mayo, sour cream, mustard, horseradish, bacon bits, onion and paprika.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
